We see adults (over 18) throughout the Illawarra and Greater Wollongong area. For those outside this area we are also able to provide telehealth services.

Our clinical psychologists are trained in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of mental health difficulties.

As clinical psychologists we have received Masters level training in psychology and have received additional endorsement by the Australian Health Practioner Regulatory Authority in the area of Clinical Psychology.

Our approach uses evidence-based principles to provide a treatment that is personalised and collaborative, to help you achieve your goals.

All treatment sessions are 50 minutes and confidential.
